Newcastle Support Group
“We are a free, weekly and confidential mental health peer support group in Newcastle, here to offer a friendly hand, or listening ear to anyone over 18 in need of emotional support due to their situation, circumstance, or their mental or physical health. We are a group of like-minded people who understand because we have been there. Our group is a friendly, safe environment to get support from people who truly understand what you are going through, because they have gone through it (or are going through it) themselves.
We meet every Wednesday at 10am at Disability North, The Dene Centre, Castles Farm Road, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE3 1PH.”
